With us, you can train in the former pump room of the brewery. The stylish industrial chic interior is a mood booster and motivates you to top sporting performance. Equipped with state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, you will find everything you need for an effective workout: from a high-quality weight bench and a versatile cable pull station to a selection of free weights and dumbbells. Our exercise balls, cross trainers, ergometers and rowing machines are ideal for getting fit for the day or blowing off steam after a long day. 24/7.

Yoga

Sweat with our yogi Manuel every Monday during a power yoga flow in the machine hall. For a relaxed, powerful start to the new week. For all levels. 18:30. 1 hour free of charge for hotel guests. CHF 30 for all others. Bring a yoga mat and good energy.

Do you prefer to work out in peace? Let us know and we’ll equip your room with your desired workout equipment before you arrive. From a yoga or meditation session, HIIT, pilates to stretching, we’ve got what you need.
